Anyone anxious and paranoid about their pregnancy?!

This is my first and I'm only 7w4d but every little pain I feel I freak out! I'm so scared I'm gonna lose the baby just because I know it can happen! I'm trying to stay positive and not stress out but I'm already so in love I can't help but be worried! I want to fast forward to the second trimester!!

Just try and relax its all you can do! I felt the same way and as soo. As I hit 14 weeks 😓 I felt such a relief. If you haven't heard the heart beat yet that might be why as well... As soon as you hear it you might calm down!

I'm feeling the same too. I'm starting acupuncture for anxiety and prenatal yoga to help me zen out. Otherwise not much you can do

It's normal to feel that way because this is a new experience. Just try to find a way to eventually keep it controlled. Worrying won't do anyone any good.

I've miscarried, so I definitely have my moments where I'm super anxious, but in general I just try to relax and take it one day at a time!  I know what you mean though, I can't wait until the second trimester.  I know anything can happen, at anytime, but I'll feel so relieved when I get past the first trimester!
