Just got my BFP Sunday, and have my first appointment Thursday. I had a miscarriage March of last year, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect at my appt? I'm only about 4 weeks and 4 days, so I know there isn't much other than bloodwork that they can do, but I didn't know if they may do a transvaginal to make sure everything is looking normal or what?
