Just curious and kinda hopeful...

I had a tubal done in 2011 after my second c-section... normally my periods are right on schedule. But I'm over a week late right now. I know there are other factors that can affect the arrival of aunt flow, but for the most part life is good... so I'm just curious to know if any of you have or know someone who has conceived after a tubal? And I'm curious to know if it affects the results of a urine test if it's an ectopic pregnancy?
