Vitex? Fertility booster??

I was wondering if anyone here has tried Vitex and got pregnant the first month using it? I feel like my hormones are not in balance and I really wanna try it out but should I first talk to my Dr before start using it or should I just take it as an supplement with my prenatal pills? Any success anyone??😊💕

I say give it a try if your cycles are irregular  (don't take it if you're regular though). I used to have 70-100 day cycles and have been taking vitex and they got my cycles to 27-35 days. Got my bfp last month, unfortunately I miscarried at 6 weeks. But it worked for me and I plan on using it again when we start ttc again.

I started taking it. Just take the recommended dosage. And if you do go to your doctor just mention it. I doubt they will have a problem. I posted about vitex before and some ladies informed me that their doctor had recommended it.  Also if you take any medicines for anxiety or bipolar (i think) this will mess with those medicines. Do your research just to be sure in case you are taking anything else. Good luck! And update us if anything =j
