EPO experiences

I'm 36+1 and I'm curious about evening primrose oil. What are your guys experience with it? Did it help ripen your cervix? Did you take it orally or vaginally? How many mg did you take if you took it orally? And how many did you insert if you did it vaginally? Did you just insert it or did you poke a hole in it to get the oil out? Will the capsule just dissolve vaginally? Sorry for the insane amount of questions but I'm just curious as to how to insert it and how it works and for some experiences with it. TIA😊
