Please help!

Hey I've tested positive the last few days and yesterday confirmed it with a clear blue digital what said pregnant 1-2 weeks! This morning is the day my period is due and I wiped and have light red blood.. but now nothing?! Has anyone experience this and was fine? Worried 😖 slight cramps and back pain but nothing else x
