Having been in MMF (two males and myself) I have to say threesomes are fun HOWEVER if either partner gets jealous at all STOP. That's not turf you want to go into when negative feelings like that are at play.

I am in a semi open marriage and my parents wore in an open one. From my experience there needs to rules, guidlines, standereds, and most importantly the forst tome at least needs to be with someone you can ether remove from your life completely after or you trust to not cross lines afterwords. Some of our guidlines are they much wear protection, plan b must be taken afterwards. Them on bc is important, and i can't feel like she is prettier then me.

Threesomes are great, if you and yours are cut out for them. Something like this should be taken seriously, and discussed at length prior to approaching a third party. Discuss everything with your SO, what can and cannot be done, who is allowed to touch what, protection protocols, etc. you both need to be on the same page, otherwise there will probably be problems. Keep communication open and honest at all times and stay safe, sane, and consensual! All the best.

Depends on what you mean... Do you mean having a one time sexcapade with another girl? Or do you mean finding a bi girl that you and your SO can date together and have a secondary relationship with? This is sometimes called Unicorn Polyamory. Both scenarios are two very different things. Make sure you know what you want and are looking for and that everyone is on the same page.
