scary stuff

I want to share with you and get feedback on something that happened this morning at 3am. I am 5 weeks pregnant today.... I was woken out of a sound sleep by this incredibly painful feeling. felt like someone stabbing me in the uterus with a sword. as soon as It woke me up I thought oh no miscarriage. ran to the bathroom and no blood or anything but pain still there. I sat on the toilet and started feeling hot. I felt sweaty, clammy and about 200 degrees and room started spinning. after a minute or 2 I got back in bed. this lasted another couple of minutes then I was fine and still feeling fine this morning. any thought as to what the hell that was? anyone else experience this? makes me nervous bc a few months back I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks.
