What does this "pain" mean?

Hi ❤ lately (for the past couple of days) I've been feeling this sensation in my abdomen like I'm about to get my period - you know, I wouldn't call it a pain, but more of a "something's going on there". the problem is, I had my period about a  week ago and I'm on my ovulation week now (but I'm on a pill). Is it normal to feel that? 😕

I sometimes get cramps in my abdomen when im ovulating. It feels more like a sharp pain on my lower side. I was researching about this and found out that women experience this pain when the egg is not released and we develop an ovarian cyst. The cyst ruptures and we experience this sort of pain. Is highly common. Im sure is nothing serious but if the pain persist more than a week, you should seek medical attention.
