Has anyone else experienced this with a miscarriage? Is it normal to only bleed for like a day during a very early miscarriage and that's it??

I was 5 weeks pregnant exactly on Wednesday and found out my levels were dropping and it isn't a viable pregnancy. It was my first pregnancy from my first round of fertility medicine. I started having a lot of dark brown blood but only when wiping that morning and then it turned to a light brown throughout the day with stringy brown pieces in it. Then Thursday I woke up and it was a dark red and like actual period blood but still would not got in a pad and was only when wiping. That lasted the whole day. Then yesterday it was a light brown again but very light and only when wiping. And today there is nothing. Could that have been my miscarriage and I passed everything already??? Or is there more coming??? Kinda confused since Thursday was the only day that I had red bleeding only when wiping tho. It looked like a light period
