I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I currently have the worst back pain. I'm close to crying it's so bad. It feels like something is being pinched. It kinda helped to stand up and walk around. Has anyone had this happen to them? What is causing it? What can I do to make it stop? It is only on my right side by my spine and the pain then wraps around the right side to the front. Baby is still rolling around so I don't feel too concerned for them. I know I can't get a lot of help on here but if anyone can help give me some relief, I'll love you forever
