oops! help a girl out

so my husband and I have been using condoms due to me being on medication this month and the fact that I was supposed to have surgery. Well we had a oops moment where no condom was used and when I looked on Glow(the first time this month, we happened to have had sex on my ovulation day and usually glow is pretty accurate). 3 days ago I became super Ill (cold

like symptoms) so I had to cancel my surgery. Has anyone had cold symptoms before finding out they were pregnant? help!
