I recently (5 days ago) had a Hysteroscopy D&C; due to heavy/abnormal menstruation and a uterine polyp. They said to expect bleeding for 7-10 after the surgery and I have been spotting to light bleeding since, however last night I started noticing something different than the blood and small blood clots that I've been seeing. Now almost every time that I go to the bathroom when I wipe there are these small (about the size of a sesame seed or slightly larger) dark gray-brown clumps....they did not say anything about this and I have tried looking it up but am not finding anything. My husband says it may just be dead residual tissue that got scraped away but left behind and is now being passed. Anyone else ever have anything like this or know what it may be?
