Does anyone else almost if not actually throw up when you brush your teeth??

I'm wondering if it's the toothpaste taste or the faucet water or wtf ...

I did this daily up until about 19 weeks. Hated it. I always felt defeated. Id brush my teeth only to end up throwing up and then have to brush again smh... Vicious cycle. Some days i still gag while brushing and im 32+5.

Yes!! It's not the taste for me, just a very sensitive gag reflex. Pregnancy is so weird sometimes

It happened to me Every. Single. Day. when I was pregnant with my first. Don't have too much trouble this pregnancy...now I can't blow my nose without gagging. Isn't it weird?? Everyday basic things are now chores and things we dread doing. 😂😂 I hope it gets better for you!

Putting a toothbrush on my tongue stimulates my gag reflex. Plus the taste of thr toothpaste but mostly the gag reflex

I don't but one of my friends did for a couple of months. Her doctor advised her to floss and mouthwash more (which she was already diligent about) because it was pretty consistent.
I had to switch toothpaste - my Tom's natural one was nauseating me in the first trimester

During my 1st trimester yes! It was the harsh mint. I used children's toothpaste for awhile until  it went away.

Yes when I was pregnant I couldn't brush my teeth without gagging.. I couldn't handle the same toothpaste I had been using for a long time, ended up switching the flavors/brand and the gagging stopped. Soo weird
