I'm 29 weeks now and still sleep on my back. I'm actually not comfortable on my left or right side. :/

I'm 21 weeks & still sleep on my back for a little bit. Just start to get kinda dizzy after a while. I mostly sleep on my sides but when that isn't doing the trick I do on my back, it helps if you have a bunch of pillows under you so you're not completely flat.

24 weeks and still doing it. Honestly it's the most relieving position to lay in right now. My back just gets worse everyday

My entire first pregnancy I slept on my back for a couple reasons. One, it was most comfortable and two, I had no idea it would ever be an issue. This pregnancy I had to stop laying on my back around 23 weeks because it would hurt my low back. So do whatever is comfortable for you.

I'm 14 weeks and I've been trying to sleep on my side since the stick turned pink.   it was fine for a while until allergies kicked in and my nose gets stuffy which wakes me/keeps me awake.   I'm just starting to feel a little pressure from my growing uterus when I lie flat, so I still try sleeping on my side, but if I can't sleep, I stack the pillows under my head and allow myself to sleep on my back if I'm not feeling the pressure.

I've read varying times, I guess when you get bigger... third trimester?
For me I started asap to try and get into the habit. :)
