Seeing RED
13wks 4 days...went to pee in the middle of the night and Bam when I wipe...BLOOD..should I panic and run to the ER or stay calm, these things happen? no cramping and nothing on panty liner. ..its just there when I wipe after peeing..Have history of silent miscarriage..
