Trying to get fit mom

Sooo I started last week trying to change my eating habits and lifestyle . I jus had baby #3 and gained more weight than I wanted I was 172lbs now I'm 167lbs I want to get back to 145lbs 130lbs max . I figure 5lbs a week for a goal is that reasonable? within the next two months is it possible? I dt have much free time between wrk and the kids and my wifely duties so exercise time is at a minimum anyone have any exercises that kinda get straight to the point need some hardcore belly busters lol cause that's where all my weight seems to have accumulated..please help!
