Degenerative Disk Disorder/Disease and epidurals?

Can I get an epidural with a back problem such as DDD?

That disease runs in my family. My uncle started getting issues from it in his early 30's. I had an epidural with my first and my third babies but every since the last one I've been having severe lower back pains. Idk if it's related but it literally happened a month or so after giving birth. I mentioned the pain to my new doctor but she said it shouldn't effect delivery with this baby. I'm still terrified it'll hurt more this time.

Talk with your doctor and see what he/she recommends. It may not be the same situation for others with this disorder.
