Am I going crazy or is that faint line?🤞🏽

Decided to take a test for the hell of it this morning and it looked negative at first, but then I started to see a second line. Aunt flow was due on 8/18. I will try again in a few days. Test is first response rapid result.

Update: Doctor is optimistic, as he can still see the sac despite the bleeding. He also said the bleeding isn't heavy like I thought. I'm measuring at 5w3d. Took my blood today, will take it again on Friday 🤞🏽

Just to provide an update. I took the test on 8/20 and waited until 8/22 to take another for a better read, and it was super faint. Of course I was concerned, but decided to surprise my husband with the first test. His reaction was priceless and more than any woman could ask for. Two hours later I went to pee and wiped blood. I was in shock. I put on a pad to see if it would stop in the morning. 
Well unfortunately it didn’t. I went to work anyway. Called my husband after two hours and went to the doctors. Doctors did an internal examination with his hand and said it wasn’t heavy, which surprised me, because it resembled my normal period. Next I got blood work done and an ultrasound. The tech was looking for two specific things: a gestational sac and cyst that released the egg. She found both and an additional small fibroid besides the one I already had. 
The doctor told me I was in the game, but on the edge and to take it easy. Well the blood work came back negative, and for a second time as well. Another ultrasound confirmed a miscarriage and completely clean uterus. 
To sum up our emotions, we’re still heartbroken. Our first pregnancy gone in a flash. Just trying to take it day by day. My period has come every month since. We tried again for the past two months with no luck. Going to try again this month. We’re praying for healing and our rainbow baby. The sun will shine again.

Update: the cramping was never bad, but it's a lot less now. The bleeding has subsided drastically. Felt like my normal period. Flow for two days and then super light. Doctors's office says my blood test result said negative. I'm confused. I have a positive hpt, positive ultrasound, and negative blood test. This is driving me insane. More blood work tomorrow. Still looking forward to the ultrasound on 9/5. Please share if you've gotten a negative blood test, but still had a healthy pregnancy.

Took Another test this morning. It's still faint. So faint I think I'm the only one who can see it. But I'm happy it's still faint.

Blood test is next Thursday. In the meantime, I feel light cramping and a tugging sensation. I also have to see often.
