Found the cause of My chemical pregnancies: PAI 4g/4g and factor XIII

Hello everyone. I am 30 and I have a 5 year old boy. That pregnancy had no issues. Since februarie we are ttc #2. But I had a chemical in april and one in July.

The doctor first Told me that it just happens sometimes, especially since I had no iessues with My first pregnancy.

The second time he wanted me to test for trombophilia and I pushed for hormone testing also.

And now I got My results: bordeline raised FSH, raised prolactin (maximum 635 and I have 650) -> not sure If this is because of the pregnancy I lost last month.

But the big problem Seems to be that I have trombophilia - a clotting disorder, with PAI 4g/4g mutation and factor XIII (not a good combination) that Seems to Affect the implantation, So that is the reason for My chemical pregnancies.

Who else has these type of mutation, what treatment did you got and did you end Up havin succesful pregnancies?
