TTC - this will make my 4th cesarean - nervous

I have 3 beautiful children, ages 13, 11, 10 all from a previous relationship. My current husband has no children and we have finally decided to try after 6 years of marriage. I had an emergency c section with my oldest. She was completely breach and facing the wrong direction. I had repeat c sections afterwards. We had a miscarriage 4 years ago and I've become worried I won't be able to carry another to term. You see, I also have a bicornuate uterus, like I said I've carried 3 to term. I found a great doctor who wasn't worried about me getting pregnant again and supported another c section. I'm still nervous. Anyone out there had multiple c sections??
