Missed period but negative pregnancy test

Alright friends, I need some guidance. I ovulated around day 14 and a week later blue veins appeared all over my chest and breasts and haven't gone away. It looks like some drew on me with marker.

My period was due on day 28 but didn't start. I've never missed a period before.

It is now day 33 and still no period but all all the pregnancy tests are negative! Any advice? Cuz I'm going crazy!
