BH or not?

Ok I really hate questions like these but I really dont know.

So this is my second pregnancy, but basically my first because my actual first pregnancy I was induced and never even experienced braxton hicks or anything like that.

This time around I've had Braxton hicks since mid 20's weeks.

Im 37w3d and have been sitting in recliner just now and I've noticed my stomach has been getting hard alot for the short amount of time ive been sitting here.

My question is, can you be having contractions without pain?

My OB said to call if i ever get more than 10 contractions in an hour.... ive already had that. Im not worried enough about it to call anywhere but just curious how these last weeks go as far as reading the signs?
