First IVF

So my husband and I have been ttc for almost 3 years and we had our first IFV 3 day fresh cycle 2 weeks from today and had our first Betta testing on Friday our results where a very low positive the number was 10 our nurse is not being to optimistic and it crushing my spirt. I have taken three at home pregnancy test all faint positive the last one I took today it was darker then the rest but still kinda faint. I have no cramping or spotting of any kind? Anymore experience this before. I am in an online group and few of the women did have good things to say when this happen to them. I am just trying to get some insight and not freak out to much yet.
