Any Dec'15 mommies working full time?

Just looking for support from any other pregnant mommies who are working full time. I'm 6wks pregnant with our first child, due Dec2nd.

I work full time as a medical assistant in a very busy medical office and I'm finishing up night classes I need to go into the nursing program (which is on hold until our nugget is a little older)

At this point I'm so tired I can barely,put one foot in front of another and so nauseous in the morning doing my job,is getting more and more difficult. Anybody out there still working full time at a physical job? How are you managing this fatigue??
