What type is this

I had my last period July 11 and it was for 7 days. I have not had a period since. August 11th I had cramping like I was going to start and had pink discharge but it never came. I usually have heavy periods every month and discharge due to endometriosis. So this is very odd for me. Hardly any discharge and this week it is this color. I have extreme insomnia and extreme hunger. I have taken 3 tests but all were negative. Last test was the 15th of august. Today is the 20th and still no period. I went from a tiny little bit of discharge to this. I am trying to understand them all and keep track. What do you think maybe going
