Most definitely! I saw my husband for the first time, and I was a goner. I mean, thinking about carrying his last name and unborn babies, goner. Wondering what he would look like as an old man surrounded by our grandchildren goner. Man, my little heart was crushed when he rejected me. He did it for months! I was persistent, though. Lol. When we are having late night conversations now, I always remind him of, "remember that time when you rejected me? I'm going to tell our children about how Daddy rejected Mommy." I told him that I loved him... maybe 2-3 months in? I knew before then, though, obviously. He told me within the same time frame.
