Miscarriage?

Went to ER today and HCG level is at 600 and they said that is normal for the beginning of a pregnancy or could be towards the end of mine. I have been lightly bleeding for 4 days. I am around 2 weeks or so. Going to see OB tomorrow. Anybody have any similar situations.
