i have a question...possible trigger
im currently 18 weeks pregnant, my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage so I'm paranoid about everything. i haven't felt the baby move yet, and symptoms have stopped except i started getting heartburn a few days ago, is that a good sign that the pregnancy is progressing? i just wish i could know how this nugget is doing :( #worriedmama
