Drinking problem?

Quite an ass when he has been drinking. On Friday we went to a baseball game and he became intoxicated and we ended up being kicked out because he got in an argument with the bartender about water ( I wasn't with him so I'm not sure about the whole story) this happens every time we go out (which isn't often) but my goodness I should be able to go out with him and not be his parent or end up in a marriage ending fight. We talked and he agreed he would monitor his drinking better when we go out. My next question is he drinks a beer or two every single day. Should I be concerned? Before we met he got a dui but nothing since.
