The poll options are not great. I have very few drinks - as in 3 the entire pregnancy! 4 per month is one a week!

no one believes me but ill tell this to get it across.
my mom has a friend who rarely drank she went to 3 weddings 3 different months and only had tge toast wine she found out she was pregnant that fall she was 5 months so she had 3 glasses the whole 5 months her daughter has fas. 
we each metabolize things different more so during pregnancy why even risk it?
