Skyla IUD complications ! HELP!

I've had the Skyla in for about 5 weeks now and I'm still experiencing strong cramping . And it's the same cramping I felt when the iud was being put in... but the pains are worse to the point where I can't move and tense up. The pains will linger for hours sometimes stops for one day comes back the next and hangs out for 3 days. But the pain will be a sharp cramp for a whole minute or 2 then stop for a minute and then it'll do a roller coaster of pains . I go to planned parenthood because I have no Insurance and I'm worried because planned parenthood "does not have the right equipment for certain procedures"

I've asked if I had complications if I should come back but the nurse just said they couldn't really verify if the iud has moved or not so I'm not going to waste my money anymore if they can't tell me what's the real problem .

Is it normal with the pains I'm experiencing? I've also been seeing a pattern when I get these cramps sometimes I will get a little bit of bright red blood but other times it'll be a clear liquid

If anyone can help a first timer out !
