So scared and excited!!

I finally lost my mucus plug ! Made me so excited baby might just come soon !! I have been having cramps throughout the day . How many of you ladies lost your mucus plug and then went into delivery? How was delivering I'm scared of pushing him out does it hurt a lot ?
