I think he took the condom off...

So there was period of time when my boyfriend and I broke up for 3 months and he obviously slept with someone else because I was recently diagnosed with chlamydia and I had absolutely no symptoms at all. Well we took the mess this past Wednesday literally at the same time right in front of each other. We hadn't had sex at all since then except last night. We kind of got drunk and one thing led to another but I made him put a condom on just incase it wasn't gone yet seeing as we can't have unprotected sex within the first 7 days of medication. But thinking about it I think he took the condom off half way into having sex. I found it this morning on the bedroom floor and last night I know he got up and whipped his penis with a towel before we went and showered. It felt to me like the condom was on the entire time because I think I'm allergic to latex because it just burned really bad. We've never really used condoms except for when we first started dating years ago and they hurt me so we stopped. I would know if he took it off right? Like I didn't feel any difference from when we first started having sex it felt like there was still a condom on him. I'm obviously going to ask him but I don't want to sound stupid.
