I came off my pill and had only been off it for 6 days when me and my SO had sex about 2-3 weeks ago.

The past couple of days I've had really weird cramps in my low abdomen not quite like gas cramps or period cramps, something different.

Also, very tired with cold-like symptoms and a weird aching pain in my tailbone when I walk.

Is it too early for me to have preg symptoms? Was I even off the pill long enough to be able to get pregnant?

Just want to know if it's worth me buying a test?
