Uniform Policy

Okay so, I'm Year7, 13 years old and I think my schools uniform policy is way out of balance... (1) We arent allowed to wear nice or 'normal earings', only gold or solver studs, no hoops, no jewels, nothing! Then we aren't allowed to wear makeup (which is understandle to some level), although all of the year 10 girls are in the bathrooms doing their makeup whereas any other younger year level would get a detention for wearing simple mascara! What's your opinion on this???
