Pregnant Officer

I'm a six and a half month (26 weeks) pregnant Officer in the Humble, Texas area. My job doesn't offer light duty so I'm still in full uniform. I've tried everything I could think of to get some form of light duty but I'm honestly just tired of fighting the system.

I'm allowed 3 months off of work either before or after I give birth (FMLA) however once that time is gone i have to return back to work. I'm trying to map out a time table now but I'm open for suggestions on when I should stop working to have this baby.

FYI: I'm a high risk pregnancy, I've lost two children at 20 weeks in August 2014. I have a cerclage put in and I'm taking hormone and steroids to grow the baby faster. Two days ago I lost part of my mucus plug ( no bleeding or cramping )
