Stomach ulcers in pregnancy

Has anyone had a stomach ulcer during pregnancy ? I had one in December 2015 an I remember the signs an symptoms I had am here lately I've been having the same things happening.

Like my stomach area (right under the center of my ribs to about an inch above my belly button) burns if my stomach is empty or I eat certain things. The pain gets better with tums or if I eat something. I am nervous to go to the doctor because the medicine they give for it has misoprostol an it's known for causing miscarriages in pregnancy. It's the name brand of cytotec that helps you go into labor. So I just am a little scared to go because I know it's probably a ulcer but I know it'll get worse if I wait. So my question is did anyone have a stomach ulcer during pregnancy an if rust treatments did they give to help it heal up? I'm 24w1d.
