When to have the shower??

I'm currently 20 weeks with twin girls. We're due January 8 but the doctors don't expect us to make it past 36 weeks which is the first week in December. They suspect they could come anytime between 32-38 at the latest. That puts it at sometime between thanksgiving and Christmas. Knowing that when should we plan a shower? Late October? Early November?

I'd do October bc youre going to get bigger with twins and you might not be comfortable during November or December.

Early October sounds better because then you'll be more able to enjoy yourself and still be energized enough for putting all their stuff together and setting everything in

I would do early to mid October. the doc estimates threw time but all the twins I know have come out early forsure. if you do it too late it'll be more tiring for you too

I'm having twins and would be 40 weeks on January 27 (but, like you, they will take me earlier etc) I'm doing my gender reveal/ shower on oct 1 just to play it super safe!
