Fertility options

Hello ladies,

Looking for a little advice. I am 30 and suffer from PCOS and Endo. I have had one round of surgery to remove my Endo (at 19) and then the Mirena in to stop periods since then. So far my husband and I have tried clomid along with another drug to increase the lining. What would you try next? We are thinking about IUI however was looking for advice on this? How effective did you find this?

Due to exceptionally painful periods we are looking for a quicker option as each month we miss my Endo comes back and gets worse (apparently I have an aggressive kind)
