Bottle to sippy

Any suggestions on how to get off a bottle??? He drinks from a sippy and has been since 5 months.... but as soon as I put milk in the sippy he spits it out and won't drink it. But as soon as I put the milk in the bottle he will drink it all. Any suggestions would be great!
