Cm and pregnancy, can anyone help me?

On the 18th I had sex and my CM ( cervical mucus ) was stringy and stretched super far apart. I was able to open my whole hand and it didn't break. The 19th I had an over produce of watery cm, it soaked my panties and my pants. ( I thought I peed myself. But I didn't lol ) the next day on the 20th I was dry. And today I'm dry. Was that My fertile window? I missed my period in July and it doesn't look like august is gonna bring on my period either. I sometimes go a few months without one. But I didn't know I could be fertile while not having one! I've been experiencing mild- severe cramps. Some so bad it knocks me to my knees. Can anyone explain what's going on? Has anyone went months without a period and still have kids? I've had 7 miscarriages now and I'm 19 ( 20 tomorrow <3 ) had a fortune teller tell me I'm gonna conceive in sept 2017.
