Snot like CM, AF due today

So AF was due today but no sign of her yet. However I started getting this snot like CM today and a lot of it! Not normal for me at all. I don't want to get too excited but I haven't gotten normal cramps for AF today either like I normally do. Anybody else experience this?? What should I think?
