I need reassurance or a nasty truth.

I was supposed to start my period 4/4 I took a pregnancy test yesterday 4/7 it was a blue dye and there was no line whatsoever. Well about an hour after I took the test I had a small bit of watery CM with a tiny bit of pink. Nothing since then other than for almost week I have had cramps like AF was going to start. I would say 80-90% of my "cramps" are closer to pulling or pressure and they are mostly on my left side low. I am worried considerably that this is my body pulling a cruel trick. I am normally regular and this is the first time in over a year it has even been late. I am also sleepy and emotional at everything as well as I can go from starving and then I eat something small and all of a sudden feeling full like I am going to bust and 5 minutes later feeling hungry again. I just want some feedback I am going crazy.
