I m worried about my bp

Hello i m now 36 weeks pregnant.the problem is with me my bp is high today like 130/110 and i want to know is that normal or not????bcz i want normal delivery plz help me give me some advised how to get rid of high bp???my dr said to me that dnt take salt n oily things etc
