Bleeding Post-Laproscopy

I started a new birth control about one and a half months before my lap surgery, the surgery removed my endo and placed my right ovary back in place as it was quite dragged down by the tissue- my doctor then put me on a continuous form of birth control where I skip the sugar pill days and begin a new pack immediately after ending the last. It has been nearly one month since surgery and I still have off and on bleeding, most days needing a tampon. Is this concerning or is my body adjusting to all the changes recently ?
