Plan B and spotting?

I'm on the pill, but took Plan B two weeks ago and I've been spotting on and off. It's brown discharge. Could this be from all the hormones or should I take a pregnancy test?

You really don't need to take plan b when on birth control. You're spitting because of too much hormones. It may make your period late. Next time don't take plan b, it can really mess you up and risk overdose of hormones
