Symptoms ?

So last AF started on July 29th. I took clomid from days 5-9. It's been my 3rd month taking 50mg. Well for the past week , I've been having hot flashes like crazy, night sweats, my feet have been tingly like they are asleep constantly, my nips are VERY sensitive , not like usual PMS because all of my boob's hurt not just my nipples, like I just feel funky , and in the past 2 months I've taken it I've never felt this way , is it a good sign ? Give me input ladies.
