I actually work in Labor and Delivery and do several sections every week and I can tell you with certainty, we do NOT remove any of your organs during birth. If you should opt for a tubal ligation during we simply tie your tubes and remove part of it so you can no longer have children. But we ask right before we do it if you are POSITIVE about wanting it done!

It's not super common but they do sometimes. They didn't for me but I had a friend who had some stuff taken out.. her hubby watched the surgery so its not a complete myth.

I think they just move your bladder and intestines aside. Don't think they get removed unless something gets damaged.
