Itchy scar!

Hello ladies! I just had my first c section last year of August, I was in labor for 43 hours until I begged them to get my baby out, no epidural, I had to do natural due to my blood platelets being low. They were iffy about doing a c section but I was to the point where my body was so exhausted I couldn't even lift my head up! Fast forward... I'm having my second baby September 8th, with a planned c section. My doctor told me I had to do a c section due to my babies being so close together, well I'm only a couple weeks due and my scar itches so bad! I've tried lotion (cocoa butter) but it still itches like crazy! Any other remedies I can do that you all can suggest? Thank you!!
